  • Content You Upload: Music files, videos, images, merchandise listings, and Drops (posts).
  • Communications: Support tickets, messages, and any other communications with us or other users.

  • Device Information: Browser type, operating system, device type, and unique device identifiers.
  • Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, time spent on the Platform, and interaction patterns.
  • IP Address: Your IP address and approximate geographic location.

Information from Third Parties

  • Support the Hue Logan Foundation: Calculate and distribute the 5% of platform revenue that supports emerging artists and music education.

We Share Information With:

  • Payment Processors: Stripe receives necessary information to process transactions and payouts.
  • Cloud Service Providers: Hosting, storage, and infrastructure providers that help us operate the Platform.
  • Analytics Providers: Services that help us understand how the Platform is used and how to improve it.

We Do NOT:

  • Share your email address with third-party marketers without your consent.
  • Provide your financial details to anyone except our payment processor (Stripe).

Public Information

Please be aware that:

  • Artist profiles, uploaded content, and Drops are public by default.
  • Comments on videos and other public interactions are visible to other users.
  • Listeners can control the visibility of their profiles in account settings.
